Hi, I am Carissa! I live in Indiana just outside of Chicago with my husband and son. I started working with Kingdom Konsultant Travel in 2012, but my love of Disney started before I can remember. My family was always known as the local Disney experts, and this passion followed me into adulthood. I worked at Walt Disney World ® Resort on the College Program, and brought my husband for his first visit on our Honeymoon in 2004. One trip was all it took for him to be hooked, and we have returned every year since.

I am fortunate to have experienced Walt Disney World ® Resort in a variety of ways: solo, as a couple, with extended family, and now with a young child. I have stayed at almost every resort on property, and have eaten at a majority of the restaurants as well. I also have recently discovered my love for Disney Cruise Line.

Working with Kingdom Konsultant Travel is a dream job for me; my passion has always been planning Disney vacations. I have taken Travel Career Development and Exploring the World through The Travel Institute, and am a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge. I first heard about Kingdom Konsultants from the Inside the Magic podcast years ago. When it was time for us to go to Disney World again, I contacted you guys and Carissa was assigned to me.

Carissa planned a Disney World vacation for my family in 2014. I hadn?t been in about 10 years, and so much had changed since then. Carissa was so patient and was great about answering all my questions over the phone. We had the best vacation ever, and since it was such a pleasure to work with her I contacted her again for another Disney World trip in 2017. Same great service, especially with her communications. She fielded lots of phone calls and emails from me and never made it feel like I was bugging her. She always took her time to answer my questions thoroughly, including emails with lots of helpful details.

After talking to a coworker a couple months ago about her 7 Disney Cruises and how much she loved them, I looked into it. I contacted Carissa and asked if she could help. We just got back and had the BEST time.

Compared to Disney World, which I had been to a ton, the Disney Cruise needed so much more explaining of what to do. Carissa was always available by phone and with super quick email follow ups. She offered so many details and suggested so many things, I was so impressed. It made our trip so much better to have her, because I think we?d have really had a worse time if we didn?t have her giving us so many tips and advice beforehand. Every special request and reservation that she requested happened too, it was really a perfect vacation.
